Abstract
Experimental work concerning the relation between the availability of acetylcoenzyme A and the synthesis of acetylcholine in the brain is reviewed and discussed from the viewpoint of the "mass action" ("reaction equilibrium") hypothesis of the control of acetylcholine synthesis.References
